Shipping Policy 

Order Processing

All fragrances, candles, and body products are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During new releases, subscription box launches, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be extended. Any delays will be communicated on our website and social media channels.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States via USPS and UPS.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight, destination, and carrier rates.

Once your package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged by hand to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Gift notes are available upon request. If your order is being sent directly to a recipient, please leave a note at checkout and we'll gladly include a complimentary gift message.

International Shipping

At this time, Keskiyön Hovi LLC ships within the United States only.

If you reside outside the United States and are interested in placing an order, please contact us before purchasing. Due to fragrance and alcohol shipping regulations, international shipping may not be available for all products.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Keskiyön Hovi LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs processing, postal disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your tracking information indicates your package has been lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging every order, but occasionally damage may occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item
  • Photographs of the shipping box and packaging materials

Upon review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

Please note:

  • Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not qualify for replacement.
  • Photographic evidence is required for all damage claims.
  • In certain cases, we may request the damaged item be returned before issuing a replacement.

 Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the customer's expense once returned to us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
