Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

At Keskiyön Hovi LLC, every fragrance, candle, and body product is handcrafted in small batches. Due to the personal nature of our products, we ask that customers carefully review descriptions before purchasing.

Fragrances, Body Oils & Lotions

Because perfumes, body oils, and lotions are personal-use cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Fragrance is highly personal and may vary based on skin chemistry, environment, and individual scent perception. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges based on personal preference, scent interpretation, or expected notes.

If you are unsure about a fragrance, we encourage purchasing a sample size before committing to a full-size bottle whenever available.

Candles

Unused candles in their original condition may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Candles that have been burned, melted, altered, or used cannot be returned.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping box

Upon review, we will gladly provide a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Keskiyön Hovi is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier errors.

If your package appears lost, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier whenever possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.

Once an order has been packed, labeled, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
